Admin of Effectbux.us is the same as of Safeclix.com, recent scam.
Here is the proof:
We tried to buy an upgrade on EffectBux and as you can see on the picture - the PayPal account linked to EffectBux is the same account that admin uses also for Safeclix.

EffectBux is most likely going to be a scam too.
