Bitcoin added for cashouts

We have added Bitcoin as another option how to withdraw money. You can now request payments via Bitcoin. Making purchases via Bitcoin is not available yet.
Note: Cashouts via Bitcoin can take longer as we do not have many Bitcoin income streams.

Cashouts will be sent directly to your Bitcoin address. Therefore, add your Bitcoin address to your account.
